In the past few minutes the U.S. Secretary of States John Kerry has said that the Syrian president Bashar Al-Asad has carried out chemical weapon attacks on opponents. Earlier speaking on the Middle East told the defense secretary Chuck Hagel said American Intelligence was confident that the chemical agent sarin had been used.

Rescue workers searching for the rubble of the collapse building outside Bangladesh capital Dhaka have found 40 people alive, more than 230 are now confirmed dead in the collapse of the eight-story building.
